Great spot!! Local/in my neighborhood. Staff is super friendly and makes great recomendaciones. I had a couple of rolls but the soft shell crab taco was outstanding with toriados chilis/a recommendation from Alexis. That isn't something I would normally order but I tend to listen when the staff is passionate about the menu. The passion fruit mezcalita was fantastic!! Their dessert options were great too! Great local spot!
We had some of the best food we had in Mexico here. The fusion sushi is delightful, and there were fusion dishes in the other way like sashimi tacos. I loved the Margaritas. The owner made them and said he made the best in the area, I haven't had better yet so he may be right.
I'm visiting Tulum and had a really great time here! I really enjoyed the unique fusion of cuisine. I tried the taco de cangrejo (fried crab in a crispy taco shell) and the rib eye fusion roll. Everything was delicious and a nice changeup from the typical offerings in the area. I sat at the bar with Rosas and he provided very attentive service, great recommendations, and friendly conversation. Some of the best margaritas I've had and all made with real fruit! I'd highly recommend the maracuya margarita with chile de arbol I went on a Thursday and there was live music. Overall I had a great time, and would highly recommend. I look forward to returning!!
I’m visiting from Colorado USA and we’re getting tired of Mexican food and this fusion of Mayan and Japanese food was phenomenal. Martina our waitress was very kind and provided excellent services and recommendations. Definitely recommend if you’re craving something unique, light, and delicious. Plus the passion fruit margarita is amazing!
Great sushi place with a Mexican twist ! The service is phenomenal and all waiters make you feel welcomed. Ask for Rosas! He will make you the best cocktails :)
Came across this place while staying nearby and the food was really unique and great how they fuse Mayan with Japanese rather than just doing Japanese. We had gyozas and yakitori, veg noodles and the ukami bowl, flavours were great and the staff were very friendly and smiley, was nice to have something a little different having been in Mexico a week or so, and being from australia we eat a lot of Asian cuisine, so this place was just what we felt like. The 50s rock music was awesome too and a nice contrast to other places in the area. Loved the quirky decor, lighting and atmosphere as well.
By far one of the best restaurants I’ve had in Tulum. I’m personally not a seafood fan therefore I had the steak sushi. It was delicious! Their edamame was amazing. I love mezcal so I had a maracuya mezcalita, they made it with fresh fruit not with artificial juice which I loved. Once again I 100% recommend this restaurant service was amazing! The waitresses are so nice and are great with explaining their menu. Will definitely come back before I leave Tulum.
We went here for one of my bachelorette dinners and it was such an amazing experience! Incredible food and the owner was great to made sure we had the best night. Would return in a heartbeat and definitely recommend checking it out.
